We built ChatRoll to solve a problem we saw across fast-growing businesses: WhatsApp was great for customer conversations, but chaotic for team collaboration. ChatRoll fixed that.
The Problem We Observed
As we worked with home-grown D2C brands, education consultants, and service businesses, we noticed one common issue:
Everyone was using WhatsApp—but no one had visibility or control.
Sales teams were sharing one phone
Multiple team members using the same WhatsApp number created confusion and missed opportunities
Support queries got missed or answered twice
No visibility into who was handling what led to duplicate responses or ignored messages
