Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by NextPage IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Project Agreement and Weekly Payments
Both sides sign a formal written contract covering the project scope, payment, ownership and handoff terms. That written agreement prevails where it differs from these general website terms.

You pay for work delivered that week. Weekly invoices are sent on Saturday and processed on Sunday or Monday. Free weeks may be offered depending on the project and agreed terms; no fixed free period is promised.
Payment methods are PayPal and bank transfer. NextPage pays the transfer fee.
Project Ownership and Handoff
Code and access are handed over regularly. Code/IP ownership can start from day one, depending on project size and agreed terms. The signed agreement determines the ownership and use of project deliverables.
You can pause or stop any week and pay for work delivered that week under the agreed terms. Confirm pause, stop and handoff arrangements in writing.
Governing Law
The project agreement and these terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mohali, Punjab, India have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the signed agreement states otherwise.
Website Use License
This website-materials license does not govern commissioned project deliverables, which are covered by the signed agreement. Permission is granted to temporarily access and use our website materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in our services
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately if your password is lost, stolen, or if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to our services.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NextPage IT Solutions Pvt Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
Website Account Termination
Project pause, stop and handoff are governed by the signed agreement. For website accounts, we may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the website service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "last updated" date.
