FAQs
How are unknown scores handled?
Unknown criteria are excluded from the assessed-score denominator. Their weight still reduces assessment coverage. Zero is an explicit assessed result and remains in the score.
Does the scorecard choose the best vendor?
No. It compares your ratings and evidence. Complete the important evidence gaps and confirm references, contracts and delivery fit before selecting a partner.
Where are my vendor notes saved?
The calculation stays in your browser and is not saved. Copy or print your report before leaving. If you request a review, the report is included in the contact form for you to inspect before submitting.
