In-house hiring or a managed delivery team?

Compare ownership and operating fit alongside an actual proposal. A managed team can offer existing experience, structured onboarding and continuity arrangements; availability and contractual terms still need confirmation.

Product ownership

In-house

Your business owns priorities, domain decisions and acceptance.

Managed team

Your business retains these decisions; agree delivery responsibilities with the partner.

Hiring and onboarding

In-house

You recruit, assess, employ and onboard each role.

Managed team

Experienced resources may be ready to onboard; confirm availability, fit and start dates.

Tools and QA

In-house

Your team establishes repositories, review practices and QA coverage.

Managed team

Agree trained tool use, access, code review and QA evidence in a structured onboarding plan.

Capacity changes

In-house

Your hiring plan and employment commitments shape capacity.

Managed team

Agree capacity changes, minimum commitments and notice in the engagement terms.

Continuity and replacement

In-house

You own retention, documentation and replacement hiring.

Managed team

Contract for documentation, knowledge transfer and replacement responsibilities; confirm lead times.

GST input tax credit needs individual review

GST input tax credit may be available to eligible GST-registered businesses, subject to CGST Section 16 conditions and current rules. Confirm eligibility and documentation with your tax adviser. No tax credit is deducted from this budget.

FAQs

Does this show a quoted outsourcing price?

No. It totals the monthly budget and onboarding allowance you enter. Team capacity is a separate planning assumption to validate against an actual proposal.

Can experienced resources join immediately?

A partner may have experienced resources ready to onboard, subject to current availability, role fit and confirmed start dates. Agree access, tools, responsibilities and the first milestone before work starts.

Who owns software and product decisions?

Keep product priorities, domain decisions and acceptance with your business. Agree delivery coordination, engineering, QA evidence, repository ownership and release approval in the engagement scope.

How should replacement and continuity work?

Define documentation, cross-training, notice, replacement availability, handover and access removal in the contract. A replacement clause should state responsibilities and practical timeframes rather than imply guaranteed instant replacement.

Is GST input tax credit included?

No tax credit is deducted. Eligible GST-registered businesses may be able to claim input tax credit subject to CGST Section 16 conditions and current rules. Confirm eligibility and documentation with your tax adviser.
